We engage high school Latina students with an interest in public service while simultaneously building and supporting an amazing network of Latina professionals that supports the mission.  The initiative was launched in November 2013 by Ana Cubas in partnership with the Hispanic Heritage Foundation.  Based in Los Angeles, Latinas Academy is supported by and advisory board member comprised entirely of successful Latina women.
